RANDOLPH ROSE COLLECTION

The Foundation extends its gratitude to the Randolph Rose Collection for working so diligently to create an amazing statue while staying within the budget.  The Foundation also wants to acknowledge the care with which they created a statue honoring those who have died in military freefall training.
